Q. How soon can you deliver?
A. We do our upmost to process orders the same day if received before 12pm (noon). Lead times vary based on the service available in your area and the service selected at checkout. Next working day*, Saturday and Sunday delivery services are available to select GB Postal Codes. If your Postal code qualifies for Next Working day, Saturday or Sunday delivery, the option will be available to select at checkout. Otherwise Standard GB Delivery is approx 2-5 working days. GB applies to addresses in England, Wales and some areas of Scotland. *Monday – Friday exc. Bank Holidays. Otherwise lead times may be slightly longer.
Q. Can you delivery on a weekend?
A. Yes, well in most cases. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available to select GB postal codes. If your postal code qualifies, an option for Saturday or Sunday delivery will be available to select at checkout. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Q. How much is delivery to UK?
A. Our standard delivery price to mainland England, Wales and some areas of Scotland (exc. Highlands and Islands) is from £6.50. Please contact us including your full delivery address for a competitive quote to your non mainland address (including Highlands, Offshore Islands and N.Ireland). DPD Local are our main carriers for most GB postal codes.
Q. Can you deliver to outside of the UK?
A. Yes we can! We send to most Countries with a few exceptions. Please provide the item(s) you are interested in and your full delivery address (inc. Postal / Zip code) for a competitive P+P quote. We only send goods via an insured, trackable courier.
